By creating an account or purchasing a membership on ARD Community, you agree to these terms. Final language pending.

2. Memberships and billing

Paid memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Final refund and proration policy pending.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping at volumes that degrade service, or posting content that violates law or third-party rights. Full policy pending.

4. Content and ownership

You retain rights to content you submit. By posting, you grant ARD a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it on the platform. Final scope pending.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time. Final notice and data retention policy pending.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-platform notice before they take effect.
